Feeling wiped out but can't fall properly asleep? This 18-minute Yoga Nidra practice is designed to give your nervous system the reset a nap can't: full-body relaxation, a quiet mind, and deep restorative rest, all without losing your evening. In this practice, you'll be guided through a full body scan, breath awareness, and a personal Sankalpa (intention) to help you drop into a state between waking and sleep, where deep healing happens. No experience needed: just find a comfortable, lying down position and let the practice do the rest. Headphones can be really nice for this one and an eye mask is lovely if you have one nearby, but neither are essential; your eyes will likely close on their own within the first few minutes anyway.
