Welcome friend.

I'm really glad you're here.

Go ahead and take a comfortable seat and settle in.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your breath slow just a little.

Take a slow inhale.

1,

2,

3,

4.

And a long gentle exhale.

5,

4,

3,

2,

Let's do that again.

Softening even more.

Inhale.

1,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale.

As you find your breath,

I want to speak this truth over you from Psalm 23 and 6.

Surely,

Goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.

Not maybe.

Not if you get everything right.

Surely.

God's goodness doesn't wait for the perfect moment.

It doesn't show up only when life feels light or easy.

It follows you right here,

Even in this pause.

Take another slow breath in.

And this time as you exhale,

Gently glance back over your day.

See if there's one small place where goodness might already be present.

Maybe it was a moment of breath,

A moment of kindness,

A bit of clarity,

Or simply the gift of slowing down right now.

And if nothing comes to mind,

That's okay.

Sometimes the goodness is just this,

God with you,

Holding you,

Strengthening you,

Even before you feel it.

Let's breathe into that truth together with a breath prayer.

Inhale,

Receiving God's goodness.

Exhale,

Releasing the pressure to carry everything alone.

Again,

Inhale,

Receive God's goodness.

Exhale,

Release the pressure.

Friend,

You don't have to chase goodness.

You don't have to strive for it.

It's already finding you breath by breath,

Step by step.

Take one more deep inhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And a soft,

Peaceful exhale.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

As you move forward from this moment,

May your eyes catch the tiny gifts in your day.

May your heart stay open to God's quiet care.

And may you remember that you are never walking alone.

Thank you for being here with me today.

It really means so much.

Go gently,

Breathe deeply,

And carry this peace wherever you go.
