David recognized that God was worthy of praise with his whole heart. Like David, we should be encouraged to worship God with our whole being. A second way to praise God is to find and express gladness and joy in God. A third way to praise God with our whole heart is by singing praise to the name of God.

I find it so hard to show my love for God in the presence of others and I don't know why. Thank you for putting into words what I want so badly to say to the world but do not know how. For reminding me that the fools who pretend to rule this world will fall on their faces with or without my anxiety, so I might as well stop hiding and pretending that any of it was ever real anyway.
