Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently.
Allow your body to settle and your mind to rest.
Focus on your breath,
Allowing it to flow naturally.
With each inhale,
Imagine drawing in light,
Warmth and hope.
With each exhale,
Release heaviness,
Doubt and negativity.
Visualize a warm golden light spreading through your entire body,
Filling every cell with energy and joy.
Silently affirm,
I am safe.
I am loved.
I allow joy and light into my life.
See yourself smiling gently,
Feeling lighter,
Feeling more energized and feeling uplifted.
Allow this feeling to expand outward,
Touching your thoughts,
Your day and your interactions with other people.
As this session comes to a close,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling hope,
Lightness and renewal and relax.
Gently open your eyes,
Carry this positivity and clarity into your day.
