To connect with your heart and awaken the energy of gratitude.

Close your eyes,

Hold it for a moment and exhale slowly and fully.

Feel the air cleansing your inner space,

Awareness to your heart center.

Place one or both hands over your chest.

Feel the life pulsing within you.

Now think of something or someone you are grateful for.

Feel that gratitude as a soft light in your chest.

Now imagine sending gratitude to the earth,

To the people you love and even to yourself.

You are worthy of your own gratitude.

Feel this calm joy in your body.

You can return to this state any time.
