Welcome to this exercise where you concentrate on each of your senses.
Today in this meditation we're going to walk through the observation of our senses.
Please be comfortable laying down or sitting down,
Close your eyes and just bring all your body to this present moment,
Taking a deep breath in,
One more time breathe in and breathe out.
We're going to start with the vision,
The vision focuses on our third eye and just observe that area and observe,
Observing is to pay attention,
For a few minutes,
Bring your attention to your vision and slowly we move our attention,
Our observation,
To the hearing,
To our ears,
What do you hear,
What do you listen everyday,
Keep listening,
Listening to the heart,
Listening to your cells,
Keep observing for a few minutes and then we move our attention,
Our observation to the smell,
To connect with the smell and observe for a few minutes,
Gently we move our attention to the taste,
Observing our mouth,
Our tongue,
Our throat and observe and slowly move the attention to the touch and observe for a few minutes,
Observe the inner sense of your body,
The inner knowledge,
Your intuition,
The insight,
Keep observing,
You can ask to yourself internally,
To strengthen and balance your senses,
Feeling at peace with yourself,
Feel that is happening all the balance inside,
Take another deep breath and just connect with that inner movement and connection with your senses and you can repeat this practice again as much as you can,
In the morning and at night,
