Through simple breathing, you’ll be guided to release tension… soften the body… and allow things to settle, without needing to fix anything. Nothing to work out. Nothing to control. Just breathing in… and letting go on the out breath. Again and again… Until the body begins to relax… and the mind starts to quiet.
