We connect with powerful energies of the Divine Feminine that awaken different qualities within us.
Each day begins a deeper transformation of the mind and spirit.
Today,
We honor the third form of the Goddess.
Chandra Ghanta.
The energy of Chandra Ghanta represents courage,
Protection and the removal of fear.
The name Chandra Ghanta comes from the crescent moon shaped like a bell that adorns the Goddess' forehead.
This divine bell symbolizes awakening and alertness.
In spiritual symbolism,
The sound of the bell represents the power to remove negativity and fear.
Goddess Chandra Ghanta rides on lion and carries many weapons.
Yet,
Her presence in both powerful and compassionate.
She protects those who seek courage and inner strength.
In our daily lives,
Fear often holds us back.
Fear of failure,
Fear of judgment,
Fear of uncertainty.
Sometimes,
These fears silently influence our decisions and prevent us from moving forward.
The energy of Chandra Ghanta teaches us that courage does not mean the absence of fear.
True courage means moving forward with awareness and confidence even when fear is present.
Today's meditation will help you release hidden fears and awaken the courage that already exists within you.
We will now chant the mantra of Goddess Chandra Ghanta 11 times.
If you wish,

Om Devi Chandra Ghantai Namah This is the mantra we will repeat.

Now gently close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breathe in and slowly breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in deeply and gently release the breath.
Allow your breathing to become natural and relaxed.
Now bring your awareness to any fear or worry that may be present in your life.
Perhaps a situation you are uncertain about or a challenge that feels overwhelming.
Simply observe it with calm awareness and don't resist the fear.
Now imagine a gentle golden light appearing in front of you.
This light represents the powerful presence of Goddess Chandra Ghanta.
Feel this light slowly surrounding you,
Filling your mind and heart with strength.
With every breathe in,
Imagine courage entering your body.
With every breathe out,
Release fear and doubt.
Now silently repeat within yourself.
I am safe.
I am courageous.
I move forward with strength and confidence.
Feel the powerful energy of courage growing within you.
Rest in this feeling of strength and protection.
Now,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take one deep breathe in and gently release it.
When you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Today,
Carry the energy of Chandra Ghanta with you.
Whenever fear appears,
Remember that courage already lives within your heart.
