Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Whatever feels right for you.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Let each breath bring you closer to stillness.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine yourself softening into this moment,

Letting go of distractions and tension.

With each exhale,

Allow your mind to open to the idea of possibility,

To the potential that lies beyond the limits you've placed on yourself.

Bring your attention to your breath again,

Noticing how effortlessly it flows.

Trust in this rhythm,

A quiet reminder that growth and change come naturally when we allow them to unfold.

Visualize yourself standing in front of a closed door.

This door is familiar,

Representing the limits you've imposed upon yourself.

These limits may stem from self-doubt,

Fear,

Reflecting on what this door means to you.

What thoughts or feelings arise as you stand in front of it?

What has kept you from opening it before now?
