This practice explores gravity as a quiet support for mindfulness. In this practice we bring attention to the simple fact of being held. Through awareness of weight, contact, breath, feet, hands, and the ground beneath us, we are invited to experience gravity not as heaviness, but as steadiness. Gravity reminds us that the body does not have to hold itself up through effort alone. The chair, floor, and earth are already offering support. As the practice unfolds, we explore softening unnecessary tension, receiving the ground beneath us, and allowing gravity to gently bring us back to this moment — this body, this breath, this place. Gravity will always bring us home.
