This meditation took me so deep I was reluctant to bring myself out of it and experienced difficulty doing so, even in the silence. I loved nature’s solo at the end and would enjoy a guided meditation with an extension of the natural chorus, though it would be nice to be gently guided out of it. Of course, that would be for a longer segment of meditation.
