We will connect with a deep well of confidence within you.

Confidence is your natural state and together we will gently release doubts and fears allowing your true strength to shine through.

Find a comfortable position seated or lying down and let your body relax.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

Let's begin.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely and let it out slowly.

With each breath feel your body becoming heavier,

More relaxed.

Breathe in peace and breathe out any tension that you might be holding.

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax and rest your hands gently by your sides.

Let go of any distractions from the day and bring your focus inward.

Now as you continue to breathe imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light is calming,

Soothing and protective.

With each inhale you draw in this golden light and with each exhale it spreads through your body.

Feel this light wrapping around your heart,

Your mind and your entire being.

Now I'd like you to imagine a place where you feel completely safe and at ease.

It might be a quiet forest,

A sunny beach or a cozy room.

Picture yourself there now.

Take a moment to observe the details of this place,

The colours,

The sounds,

The smells and the way it makes you feel.

In this safe space see a mirror appear before you.

This mirror is magical.

It reflects not just your image but the essence of your truest self.

Look into the mirror and see yourself standing tall,

Radiant with confidence.

Notice the way your posture exudes strength and energy.

Feel the warmth in your smile,

The clarity in your eyes.

This is your confident self,

The version of you that knows your worth,

Trusts your abilities and embraces your uniqueness.

Take a moment to connect with this version of yourself.

You know your worth,

You trust your abilities and you embrace your uniqueness.

Now as you gaze into the mirror silently repeat these affirmations.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I trust myself and my decisions.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

Confidence flows naturally through me.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I trust myself and my decisions.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

Confidence flows naturally through me.

Feel each affirmation resonate within you as if your entire being is absorbing these truths.

I will repeat the affirmations for the third and final time.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I trust myself and my decisions.

I am capable of achieving my goals.

Confidence flows naturally through me.

I am worthy of love and respect.

Now step closer to the mirror and reach out to touch it.

As your hand meets the surface,

The confident version of you steps forward and merges with you.

Feel their strength,

Their courage and their self-assurance becoming one with your own.

Take a deep breath in,

And feel this newfound confidence filling your body.

And with each exhale,

Release any lingering doubts or fears.

Know that this confidence that has always been with you is a part of who you are.

You can access it any time you need,

Simply by taking a breath and reconnecting with this moment.

Now,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and feel the surface beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this feeling of confidence with you into the rest of your day.

Remember,

You are strong,

You are capable,

And you are worthy of every success.
