Hello and welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you align your mind and body with healthy weight loss and self-love.

Before we begin,

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can fully relax.

Sit or lie down in a position that feels good for you.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again breathing in deeply,

Feeling your belly expand and slowly breathing out,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Now,

Imagine the surface beneath you fully supporting you.

With each breath,

Allow your body to sink deeper into that support.

Feel your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax,

Your hands resting gently by your sides.

Picture roots extending from the base of your spine,

Flowing down into the earth,

Anchoring you,

Grounding you,

Making you feel safe and supported.

Now bring your awareness gently to your body.

Notice it without judgement,

Simply observing.

This is your home,

Your vessel,

Your companion for life.

Whisper silently in your mind,

Thank you body for all you do for me.

Thank your legs for carrying you.

Your arms for embracing the people you love.

Your heart for beating.

Your lungs for breathing without you ever having to think about it.

Now,

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

It's filled with health,

Vitality and deep self-love.

See this light slowly wrapping around your body,

Moving into every cell,

Balancing your hormones,

Supporting your digestion,

Igniting your metabolism.

With each breath,

Feel lighter,

More vibrant,

More alive.

See yourself moving freely and confidently in a body that feels strong,

Light and healthy.

Notice the smile on your face,

The energy in your step,

The sense of pride and love radiating from you.

Now,

Silently repeat each affirmation in your mind after you hear it.

I nourish my body with love and care.

Every day,

My body becomes healthier and stronger.

I release what no longer serves me,

Physically and emotionally.

I am worthy of healing light,

Confident and full of energy.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am,

While working towards my healthiest self.

Repeat any affirmation that feels especially powerful for you.

Now,

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in and slowly breathe out.

Feel gratitude in your heart for your body,

Your journey and for this moment of connection.

Know that each time you listen to this meditation,

You are pre-programming your mind for healthy choices and lasting change.

Now,

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bring your awareness back to the room and open your eyes,
