Hello everyone.
I am Diana.
Welcome to this guided meditation.
I will invite you to begin with to sit down comfortably and place your feet on the ground and cross your legs.
Sit in a way that your spine can be upright and begin to take a few breaths as you get comfortable and sense and feel the contact of your body with the floor.
The way your feet,
The shape of your feet,
The weight of your feet connect with the ground.
And from that initial awareness,
Allow the sensations in your legs and pelvis to be part of your attention.
Imagine that you are not sitting simply with your feet on the floor,
But beneath you there is a great source of support,
Mother Earth itself.
And with that awareness,
Allow imaginary roots from the soles of your feet to connect all the way down to the core of Mother Earth.
Relax your toes,
Your ankles.
And as you breathe in,
Seep this source life force from Earth itself through your feet and into your legs.
Take a nice deep breath and allow this imaginary force coming through your legs to begin to form some movement in your pelvis.
And gently and slowly allow your pelvis to begin to move in a circular way.
First a little forward,
Then to the side,
Then back,
To the side,
Forward.
Releasing any tension in your hip bones,
Your tailbone,
The base of your spine.
Allow your breathing to be free.
And all along you center your attention around this first energy center at the base of your spine.
And let the movement activate it.
Continue drawing in this force from the ground itself that is in this moment supporting you,
Grounding you.
And moving it through your spine in this circular way a little higher now.
Perhaps think of your sacral center in the lower abdomen.
Relax into the support and the flow of this movement.
Now move it just a little higher in your imagination,
This circular movement around the area of your solar plexus.
Allow the lower ribs to participate,
To begin to flex and bend as a reed on the beach.
The wave-like movement of your ribs allows your breath to move sideways,
Backwards,
Upward and down into your pelvic floor,
Softening,
Releasing.
Calm down now,
Stop the movement and notice the sensations.
Observe the stillness in motion that you've created.
Perhaps how you feel warmth or tingling in the lower belly,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Welcome these sensations,
Your energy is moving through and activating.
Place your attention now again in the base of your spine.
And this time we're going to refine the circular movement,
Creating some sort of a spiral shape.
Whatever you can picture,
It could be a simple spiral or a Fibonacci spiral.
Anything that feels to you easy to imagine and sense.
And as you begin to move again,
In this circular way,
Invoke this spiral coming through.
From the center of both of your feet,
Through your legs,
The base of your spine,
Upward.
Moving now your hip joints,
Your lower belly,
Your ribs.
A little higher around the space in your chest,
Your shoulders.
Spiraling around your throat center and upward towards the crown.
Don't try to guide it or overthink it.
Simply allow the movement flow to feel good inside your body.
Follow the pleasurable sensations.
Notice that as you breathe,
The movement becomes a little smaller perhaps and a little more subtle.
And yet the warmth in your body can increase the tingling sensations.
Electromagnetism that is created begins to flow in a unified,
Coherent way.
Pause one more time.
Observe the sensations of stillness.
Notice in your heartbeat any thought or emotion that comes to the surface.
Any little difference between this moment and the previous rest.
And now one more time as you repeat the movement.
Moving it from the base of the spine through every energy center upward.
Allow it to pause briefly in your heart center.
Imagine now that that spiral in your heart can extend sideways around your body.
About three feet on each side,
Front and back.
Allow it to expand,
To vibrate,
Radiate.
And as it returns to your spine on the way up,
To emerge through the crown.
Coming out and sprinkling out like a big field around you.
Notice your sensations.
Observe that it's easier and easier to feel this without even moving.
And now as you do the movement again,
Even the slightest little movement in your imagination.
Infuse it with your breath coming in.
As the spiral moves up.
And then out the top of your head.
Notice that using your breath increases the rhythm of it.
You can do it a little faster or slower.
You can use it to energize yourself or to self-regulate and calm yourself.
Allow now this movement,
The breath,
To become more and more intentional.
Guided to any part of your body that needs healing,
Release,
Connection,
Peace.
Pause one more time and observe your sensations.
Become aware of awareness itself.
Noticing your body seated,
Alive from the inside out.
Connected to the magnetic force of the ground and the earth itself.
Even in stillness.
Connected to the space around you,
The unified field.
Aware of the power of your intention.
And gently now,
Let this awareness dissolve.
Notice your state of presence,
Connection.
Any new insights that you've received.
