Hello Sovereign Souls. We are going to take a moment right now to regather, Refocus, And realign our energy. Stop exactly where you are. You can close your eyes, You can keep them open, Or you can even do this while you're walking. Relax your jaw and drop your shoulders. You are not in this alone. Take a full breath in, Hold at the top, And acknowledge the Divine Presence standing right here before you, Behind you, Beside you, And within you. Exhale and lean back into that support. Now visualize an abundant waterfall of liquid gold flowing down from the heavens. See it meeting the crown of your head, Washing away any anxiety, Noise, Or the weight of the day. It flows down through your midline and pulls at your feet, Creating a platform of absolute, Unshakable security. You are standing on holy ground. Now take an expansive breath. That Divine Light flares out from your center, Forming a brilliant humming sphere of safety. This is your filter. It lets in only love and wisdom, While everything else simply dissolves. Feel your entire heart being filled and held by the Divine. You are being fueled by a power that never tires. Now open your eyes if they were closed, And remember you can revisit this meditation anytime you need to refocus or realign. Know that you are divinely loved, Tended to, And cared for at all times, And all is well. It is so, And so it is.
