Hello,

I'm Crystal Sylvester and welcome to Meditation Bites where we take just a moment to relax and center and find a little piece of peace.

And so taking a moment to just find a position for your body that feels good and allow your breath to begin to flow in and out of the belly.

Allowing yourself to relax and center in this moment.

Maybe you feel where your clothes are coming into contact with your body.

Maybe you feel where your feet are on the floor.

Whatever helps you to just settle in to this moment.

And as you settle in,

Allow these words to gently wash over you.

I choose to release what no longer serves me.

Knowing that it is okay for us to let go and release those things that no longer serve our highest good.

And as you draw in your next breath,

Allow the words I choose to release what no longer serves me.

Draw deep within.

See and feel your body as you receive this truth.

Allowing the things that no longer serve you to simply fall away.

There is no need to wrestle or to even push anything away.

Just simply allow what no longer serves you to gently fall away.

I choose to release what no longer serves me.

And as these words flow to and around you,

Feel what no longer serves you.

Gently releasing.

Feel yourself experiencing a deeper sense of freedom and peace.

Knowing that it is indeed okay for you to now release what no longer serves you.

And then as you prepare to come back to the surface,

Gently coming back knowing that you are now a little lighter than you were a few moments ago.

All is well.

And so it is.
