Take three more deep breaths as you settle into your place and find the most relaxed,
Comfortable position possible,
Making even the tiniest adjustments with your body,
Relaxing deeply in this moment.
As you continue to relax,
Just imagine above you is a beautiful blue light.
Maybe it's coming from the ceiling above you,
Or maybe even the sky outside.
Or maybe it starts even beyond that,
But it's coming over above you and it's reaching the top of your head.
And this beautiful blue light starts to cascade over your body,
Starting with the top of your head,
Moving down your neck and your shoulders,
Completely enveloping you in the most relaxed state possible,
As it continues down your arms,
Your torso,
Your hips,
Allowing you to notice how supported you are in this moment.
That light continues past your legs,
Your knees,

As that blue light now continues into the floor,

And now notice their energy and their emotions.
