Choose a quiet place.
Either sitting or laying down,
We will gently close our eyes.
Inhale gently,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Resume your normal breathing.
Nothing else matters except the richness of this moment,
The present moment.
Become aware of your body while breathing peacefully.
Let your emotions wash over you.
Whether they are gentle or not,
Welcome them.
Imagine yourself.
Imagine yourself in front of a closed door.
No,
Open this door.
Once the door is open,
Imagine extracting your emotions from your body.
See the emotions fly away,
Passing through the open door.
Now take a deep breath in,
Then exhale.
Notice how you feel lighter and welcome this day with serenity and peace.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Breath calmly,
Quietly.
