Some days you feel isolated.

Some days you feel overwhelmed,
Burnt out,
Stressed,
And depressed.
Some days you're tired of advocating.
Some days things feel never-ending and like a change will never come.
Let's pause here and take one deep,

The effort that you put forth each day can feel heavy,
Challenging,
And maybe even unappreciated.
But you are strong.
