Let's begin by feeling our breath and noticing that whether we focus on it or not,
The breath is consistently showing up for us.
Within the support of your breath,
It gives you life.
You have already been supported on your life's journey in so many ways.
And right now,
You are receiving the blessing of the universe as you initiate the next level of your psychic upgrade.
Now bring your attention to the space in between your brows,
Often regarded as the seat of our third eye.
Allow your left hand to hover over this space and circulate around the third eye in a clockwise motion.
Notice any sensations you are experiencing anywhere in your body.
Now allow your hand to rest gently on the space in between your brows and rotate your fingers on the skin gently in a clockwise motion.
And again,
Notice any sensations in the body.
It is time to bring your intention to the forefront of your mind in a powerful way.
Continue sliding your fingers in a circle as you repeat in your mind.
I intend to activate my psychic power in a way that I have never before experienced.
I allow my psychic sensitivity to unfold before me.
I honor my sensitivity to the powerful energy of the soul.
Now rest your hand beside you and take three intentional deep breaths in,
Each one sealing your agreement with the universe.
Now allow your mind to go on a journey and notice any colors,

Now allow your breath to become stable,
