What is the essence of joy?
Joy can be experienced as adoration for oneself.
A gratitude for your being.
Yes.
Who you are without performing for external validation.
Without self-criticism or comparison.
Giving yourself permission to value you completely.
Creating an atmosphere that supports you.
Daily meditations.
Physical activity.
Healthy diet.
Be kind to yourself.
I would love to invite you.
At this moment.
To envision a time when you were absolutely excited to care for yourself or thinking of something you would love to do for you.
Just go there.
Now,
What did you notice?
In your body,
In your soul,
And in your heart center.
When you were caring or thinking of caring for you.
You I believe that answer is joy.
And you deserve to have that.
So as we come to a close.
I want you to embody and embrace that feeling because I am challenging you to create a daily experience of joyful living.
Does it need a time for you?
It can be a small block of time.
It can be a big block of time.
Whatever you're choosing for that day.
And I want you to love yourself.
In that moment.
Without any guilt.
