Welcome to Attract,
Align,
Love,
A guided meditation to open your heart and align with loving connection.
I am Charvi from Enroute Angels,
And I will guide you on this journey today.
Listen to my voice and visualize.
If visualizing feels difficult,
Stay with your breath and the rhythm of my voice.
Your deeper mind understands imagery in its own time.
Allow it to experience it in its own way.
Before we begin,
Make sure you are in a quiet space where you can feel comfortable listening to this meditation.
Please don't listen to this while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
This is your time.
So find a comfortable spot and allow your body to settle.
Let your hands rest softly,
Drop your shoulders,
Relax your jaws.
And as you settle in,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth.
One more time.
Inhale slowly.
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth,
Releasing any tension you've been carrying.
Soften your forehead and relax your fingers and toes.
Let your breath deepen and allow yourself to be fully present here in this moment.
Let your body settle into the support beneath you.
Take one more deep breath in.
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe naturally.
Notice the breath as it enters.
Notice the breath as it leaves.
And gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
Into the heart cavity,
Your heart chakra.
Notice what's present there.
Warmth.
Tightness.
Silence.
Or even numbness.
Whatever is present,
Allow it.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
As you rest your attention in the heart space,
Imagine a ball of light gathering in the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
Feel the ball of light expand gently within the heart.
With each exhale,
Feel it become more stable,
Warmer,
And clearer.
As the ball of light grows,
The space in front of you begins to widen,
Opening a passage before you.
Focus your attention there.
If any thoughts arise,
Let them pass through.
If your focus drifts,
Gently bring it back into your heart space and continue to breathe.
Notice the passage widening,
And as the light stretches ahead,
You begin to see a beautiful spring garden in the distance.
Take a slow breath in and step forward.
You have arrived in the garden of bloom.
The air here feels different.
It is cool and comforting,
Carrying a sweetness.
Keep breathing naturally and feel the zen that meets you.
Flowers are in full bloom.
The place feels welcoming,
Gentle,
And alive.
The ground beneath your feet is soft,
Steady,
Holding you with ease.
And as your eyes begin to take in the space around you,
You notice the trees filled with soft pink blossoms.
And alongside them,
Fruits have already ripened,
Filling the air with notes of fruit and spring blooms.
Nothing here is waiting.
Everything is already in season.
Roses grow freely through the space,
Climbing over low stone edges,
Winding through branches.
Notice their petals,
Some in deep red,
Pink,
Orange,
And ivory.
Some are fully open.
Some are still unfolding.
The earth beneath your feet is a mix of soft soil and fine grass,
Pressed slightly where you stand,
Holding the memory of the sun.
A breeze passes through the trees constantly,
Carrying the scent of fruits and flowers together.
Birds chirp in the garden,
And you can hear wings shifting in the distance.
Leaves brushing against each other.
A low hum of bees moving from flower to flower.
Above you,
The trees are filled in layers.
Blossoms at the outer edges and deeper within the branches.
Clusters of fruit have already formed,
Some still small,
Some ripening,
Their weight pulling the branches slightly downward.
Nothing here is separate.
Flowers and fruits exist together.
Take a few moments here,
Pause,
And take this in.
As you remain here,
At the center of this space,
Notice a giant,
Ancient pink blossom tree.
It is slightly taller than the others.
It's trunk deeper in tone,
Textured and grounded.
Its branches spread wide,
Bearing both the fruits and the flowers on them.
The golden morning light filters through these branches.
Take a few steps closer and look around you.
Pause and take in the beauty and the freshness of this garden of bloom.
Your presence is so very welcome here.
As you are under the ancient pink blossom tree,
You notice movement in the branches.
Shift your focus there,
Onto the branches above.
A pair of lovebirds chirp near their nest.
Their feathers shades of green with soft peach and rose across their faces and chest.
There is a faint ring of white around their neck and eyes.
Bright,
Alert,
And alive.
They are sitting close to each other,
Their bodies angled towards each other,
As though they have known this place forever.
As you notice more,
At times one shifts slightly,
Their wings brushing each other,
Then settling again into the closeness.
Notice how your heart feels when you notice the purity of this closeness.
Bring your attention to their small nest,
That is woven with fine strands,
Thin twigs,
Grass threads,
And something almost like silk binding them together.
Within this nest are two feathers clearly visible as they lay upside,
Light and curved,
Shimmering with a faint sheen,
When the golden rays of the sun touch them.
And as you head closer towards the nest,
Towards the tree trunk,
A robin flies in.
His wings catch the light as he lands near the lovebird's nest.
A flash of deep coral,
With a trace of copper along the edges,
And a soft blue sheen that appears only as he moves.
He settles with precision.
His chest carries a rich red,
Almost like a fully bloomed rose.
He pauses,
Just for a moment.
And then,
Very naturally,
He takes one of the feathers from the lovebird's nest.
And as he lifts,
His color shifts again.
The coral deepens.
Blue sheen flickers briefly across his wings.
Before he moves out of sight.
And as he flies out with one feather,
Another feather falls in your hands.
Shift your awareness towards your hands,
Towards your open palm.
That now holds the feather.
Notice how it feels to hold this feather in one of your palms,
Or both.
Do not doubt it.
If your mind wanders,
Focus on your breath.
Take a moment to feel it,
The curve of it.
The fine strands at its edge.
The center's spine running through it.
The feather responds to your touch,
As though it holds warmth within it.
Stay with that.
And as you do,
You begin to notice a warmth spreading from your palms.
It builds slowly.
Take a slow breath in.
And when it feels natural,
Bring this feather toward your heart.
Place it at the center of your chest,
Just by pressing it onto your chest.
And as it rests there,
It begins to pulse,
And then glow into emerald green and blush pink.
You may experience this as a warmth that stays and feels comforting.
Or you may feel it as a feather still.
Or as something lighter,
Like a small point of light resting in your heart space.
Any experience is valid.
Take a few moments here for this feather of love to land in your heart cavity.
And as one feather rests within you,
The robin continues its journey,
Carrying the other feather in the direction of aligned love.
He moves across landscapes you cannot fully see.
Over rivers.
Across valleys.
Beyond mountains.
Beyond cities,
Countries,
And borders.
You don't need to follow it.
Just know that he is moving and aligned.
Love is coming to you.
And as you stand here with this warmth in your heart,
There is nothing you need to do.
Nothing you need to search for.
Because what recognizes you is already in motion.
Take a breath here and feel the steadiness of your heart.
Feel the openness and the readiness to embrace aligned love.
And from time to time in your waking life,
You may notice small signs and shifts.
A feather.
A bird crossing your path.
The scent of something in bloom.
A robin.
Lovebirds.
Or something you saw in the garden of bloom.
Unique to you.
Or something that reminds you of the garden or the experience here.
Appearing without reason.
These shifts will serve as a remembrance that love is in motion and aligned love is coming to you as much as you are going towards it.
You don't need to look for it.
It will find you.
They will find you.
Just as love does.
And whenever you wish,
You can return here just by tuning into the emerald green and blush pink glowing feather in your heart chakra.
By remembering the warmth in your heart that keeps the robin moving and the love in motion.
And slowly,
Now with love within you,
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
To the space around you.
Notice your breath again.
The rise and the fall.
The support beneath you.
The room you are in.
Take a deeper breath in and exhale.
Move your fingers.
Your toes.
Roll your shoulders slightly.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
As you go through your life,
Go into the world with this knowingness that love is always on time.
Hope you find what you are looking for and then some.
