I wanted to talk about.
.
.
Non-duality,
I suppose is the label,
But it's more the meaning,
The felt sense of knowing everything as one thing.
And that one thing is what you are.
And how this can help us.
Neutralize whatever it is that's being experienced.
And how it's helped me.
Because as I've come to know myself or remember myself more as the totality,
The one thing,
Consciousness,
Awareness,
And knowing that everything is arising within me.
There's no outside,
There's no separate thing coming for me.
There's no other entity that's out to get me.
It's all arising within me.
And so from that perspective,
We can see whether it's anxiety,
Whether it's fear,
Whether it's feeling low,
All of these so-called negative or denser experiences.
When they arise,
When they happen.
We can come to them from a place of neutrality it's not I am anxious or I am depressed,
There is depression or there is anxiety,
That's what's in the field at the moment.
And when I come to my problems from that perspective and from that knowing,
There's a sort of neutralizing that happens because Those things aren't.
Coming from this outside source,
This negative source you could say,
As we've been taught to believe in a lot of spiritual circles.
From the mind.
The mind is this separate entity.
We need to get away from the mind and it's the mind that's causing all these problems but the mind is arising within you.
It is you.
Yes,
You are the mind.
Yes,
You are the body.
But they are arising within you.
So.
.
.
It's no longer a struggle,
It's no longer a push away.
It's no longer being in resistance to whatever's happening.
It's more of an allowing and more what I found personally is more of a Compassion.
Compassionate.
Response to what's happening.
This just naturally happens.
And more naturally compassionate.
Because it's arising within me.
It's all me and ultimately.
To me.
That I am,
The consciousness,
Whatever you want to call it,
Awareness,
Is love.
So.
.
.
I guess that's just what wants to be said right now.
The most integrated.
Approach that I've found to feel most true for me and most helpful for me is that,
Is the knowing that everything truly is one thing.
There is no outside.
And it's really helped me to be more unconditionally accepting.
More unconditionally allowing.
Of the experience to unfold.
So I hope that helps anybody out there who resonates.
