Make sure you're in a place where you can release through your own sound or through movement or both.
I'm with you in all that you're experiencing right now.
You're not alone with this.
I am with you in all the intensity of the pain that is now present in your body.
I want you to start by shaking.
Freeing your body.
Allowing your whole body to shake from the ground upwards.
Really letting go and allowing your core vibration to move you.
Stay with this.
Really let go.
Now stop and allow yourself to be still.
And notice where in your body you are holding on to your pain.
Now turn up that intensity.
Stay with it.
Keep shaking.
Keep really present with this.
It's your time to let it go.
It's time to release.
Stay with it.
Focus on your solar plexus.
Let the sound penetrate deep into your cells.
As you hear the sound,
Direct it to your lower belly.
And allow any sound that arises from within you to come out.
Your own sound has the greatest power to heal and to release authentically.
Now slow down any movement.
And notice how you feel inside.
Take both hands to the heart.
Left over right.
It's time to forgive yourself.
Sweep the body with your hands.
Brushing off stagnant energy at the fingertips.
Then down the body,
Brushing off at the toes.
Clasp your hands together,
Squeezing.
Start to squeeze slowly and firmly down the forearms.
This really allows the energy to consolidate in your physical body.
Move into the crouch position,
Head down.
Further consolidates the energy.
Emerging out of this position,
Arms stretched wide.
Expanding.
Hear the words.
I am grounded.
I am present.
Here.
Now.
Moving finally into the prayer position.
I am harmony.
I am love.
