Give yourself that permission now.
Start by having a sense of your breath and really allowing that breath to really deepen with each long inhale.
Very soon you will start to feel your breath really deepen into your body,
Into your lower belly.
At the same time as feeling a gentle wave of relaxation moving down through your crown,
Gently softening,
Opening the third eye,
Your eyelids heavy with each exhale.
The jaw softening,
Letting out a sigh as the throat opens and releases.
As the wave moves gently down the body,
The shoulders expanding as they release,
Really open the chest,
Heart opening,
Softening.
With each inhale going deeper and releasing on each long exhale.
The solar plexus releasing,
Letting go,
Letting go of old tension as you allow and give it the permission to fully let go.
The sacrum opening,
Softening.
The pelvis opening.
The spine opening,
Lengthening from the base of the spine to the top.
Opening,
Softening as it releases.
The central channel really opening as it releases old worries,
Tiredness,
Stuck energy.
A gentle wave of relaxation moving down,
Opening the thighs,
Softening with each exhale.
The knees softening,
Opening.
The calves heavier as they soften.
And finally the ankles,
The feet open.
You will be feeling much more open and connected to your core self.
Your body has its own intelligence.
It just needs that space,
However small,
To reconnect with your primal wisdom.
Allow yourself a minute to connect with any message.
