A remembrance,

A remembrance of the little things,

Small and large.

What comes to mind when you think of gratitude?

A word that is so often used,

What are you truly grateful for?

As you either awake today or as you listen to this maybe before sleep,

What are the great things that happened today,

Small or large?

Think of that.

Is it the sound of birds?

Is it the feel of your heartbeat?

Fresh air,

Fresh water,

A remembrance of all the good in your life at this very moment.

You right now are exactly where you wanted to be maybe five years ago.

You're exactly where you were meant to be.

A remembrance of you and how far you have come in life.

Take a deep breath in,

Releasing all stressors,

Breathing in all gratitude,

Exhaling all stressors.

A remembrance of your strength,

Your character,

How much you have survived,

How well you are doing,

Even if everything around you may not feel that way sometimes.

You're doing good.

Remember how far you've come and have a good day.
