You’ll be guided through a series of strong, intentional nose breaths designed to awaken your life force and release what no longer serves you. Preparation: Create a quiet, safe space where you can fully relax. Lie comfortably on your back with arms by your sides, palms facing up. Breathwork Flow: All breaths are through the nose only—deep, powerful, and intentional. Keep your mouth closed throughout. Begin lying down with eyes closed. At two points, you’ll rise onto your forearms, eyes open to the ceiling, taking 50 deep nasal breaths each time. Return to your back, eyes closed, breathing deeply between rounds. Allow and Trust: You may feel tingling, see colors, or sense visions. Trust the process and let the breath guide you into lightness, peace, and ease.

As you breathe in,
