Find a tranquil place,
Preferably in nature,
To quietly meditate.
Stand barefoot or sit with your back against a tree,
Using the earth to support you.
Close your eyes.
Let the world around you melt away.
Tune out of any sound you're hearing.
Tune into silence or possibly the sounds of nature and animals that you hear around you,
If you're lucky enough.
Feel the energy of the earth that you're touching seep into your skin.
Visualize your own energy as a glowing tree root shining all over your body.
You can see the glow of your energy.
Allow those roots to grow out of you and into the earth,
Planting yourself in earth as all life does.
Entangling your energy with that of all life on this planet.
Rooting and grounding all the way down to the center,
The center of earth.
Tying this energy to the center of you.
At the center of earth,
You find a glowing green light.
Green light.
Your roots,
Your energy finds the light.
Let the light of your energy mix and exchange with the glowing green light at the center of the earth.
Where all life meets,
Where everyone's roots connect and meet and touch and entangle at the center of earth.
Take as long as you need here.
Connecting to earth,
Connecting to all life.
Feeling your energy,
Feeling the energy of the earth and understanding that this energy is the same.
Everyone holds this.
We all exist.
We all belong.
We are safe.
We are together.
We are always connected.
Before coming back to the present moment,
Please keeping your eyes closed,
Continuing to mix your energy as my voice fades away.
Tune into the silence of yourself rather than walking away when I stop speaking.
Stick around.
Continue to stay quiet in your mind.
Allow your meditation to carry on for as long as you need.
Try to sit here for as long as you can.
Allow time and space around you to melt away.
Falling into your practice of healing,
Of growth,
Of grounding.
Spending as long as you need here.
Connecting to earth,
Feeling earth under your skin.
Connecting your energy intentionally.
Breathing into the light,
Seeing your light and how it mixes with the light of all that is.
I invite you to stay here.
Thank you.
