Close your eyes.
Start taking longer,
Slower inhales and exhales through your nose.
Breathing deep,
Bringing your breath into your lower back.
Filling yourself up all the way with each inhale,
All the way into your lower back.
And exhaling,
Releasing all the air,
Emptying out completely.
Then your eyes are closed and with your mind's eye,
Visualize a red,
Glowing ball of light.
Moving,
Swirling,
At the base of your spine.
And from that ball of light,
Imagine it's as if you are a tree,
And roots coming down out of the ball of light,
Anchoring you into earth.
And as you imagine your energy going into earth,
Know that the energy of earth is filling up into you from those roots.
You are held.
You are safe.
You are secure.
You are stable.
You are held.
You are anchored to earth,
Just as all life is.
You are supported.
And start tuning back into yourself,
Keeping your eyes closed.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize that you are sitting in your dream home.
What does that look like?
What does that feel like?
Where are you in the world?
What temperature do you feel on your skin?
What does this place smell like?
Who is there with you?
What does your room look like?
Visualize every last detail.
Imagine what your bathroom looks like.
Is there a bathtub?
Is there a shower?
Imagine how your bed feels.
What is it made out of?
Imagine what your closet looks like.
What clothes are hanging there?
How do they feel on your skin when you wear them?
Picture your kitchen.
What food is in there?
What do you get to eat every day?
Now we're zooming out,
Out of our house,
Into our community.
What does your community look like?
What kind of people live around you?
How do you interact and support one another?
Sit here in this visualization.
Feel held and supported by this community you are creating in your mind.
Feel grateful for the home that you already have.
Feel grateful for the community you already have.
But know that you deserve the one that you're imagining.
Know that you can create it for yourself.
And the first step to making this possible is this visualization,
Is creating it in your mind and feeling what it would feel like for this to be real.
