Find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes.
Take a big deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Then allow your breath to come naturally as you tune out the world around you.
And tune into yourself.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
In your mind's eye you see a glowing red ball of light flowing and moving at the base of your spine.
From this ball of light you see cords or roots anchoring you into the earth.
These roots go all the way down to the center of earth and connecting you to mama earth and all life on earth.
Follow the roots down,
Down,
Down.
Feel that groundedness,
The stability,
The safety of being held by mama earth.
Bring your awareness to your womb space.
The space right above the base of your spine,
In between your root chakra and your solar plexus chakra at your navel.
Swirling along your spine is an orange glowing ball of light taking up space in your womb or the area between the base of your spine and your navel.
Notice how that orange light flows like water.
See the way the orange light reacts with the red light beneath it.
Now bring your attention to the space near your navel where you can see a yellow ball of light your solar plexus chakra.
Notice how it spins,
How it moves and flows,
How it burns a fiery passionate light.
Where your motivation,
Your willpower come from.
Feel the warmth of your solar plexus chakra.
See how that yellow light interacts with the orange and the red of the chakras below.
Bring your awareness above your solar plexus chakra into the center of your chest where a green ball of light flows and moves.
Notice how your heart chakra shines,
How it glows.
Notice the way it interacts with the chakras below.
Move your awareness to your throat.
See in your mind's eye a blue ball of light.
Watch the blue light see how it moves.
See how the blue light of your throat chakra interacts with the chakras below.
Bring your awareness to the space on your forehead,
Behind your forehead,
Or press the purple light of your third eye chakra.
Your connection to your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
Notice the way the purple light of your third eye chakra interacts with the blue of your throat chakra and the green of your heart chakra,
The yellow of your solar plexus chakra,
The orange of your sacral chakra,
And the red of your root chakra.
Shift your awareness to the crown of your head.
Here notice the white or violet light of your crown chakra.
See how your crown chakra spins and moves and glows.
Notice the way your crown chakra interacts with all the chakras below it.
Visualize a cord of light glowing from your crown chakra,
Rising all the way up up up into space.
Connecting you to the universe,
To goddess,
To source.
This is your direct connection to your higher power.
To consciousness itself,
Your source energy.
Watch as the light,
The knowledge,
The power,
The energy of the entire universe shines down from above into your crown chakra.
Watch that divine source energy flow through your crown chakra,
Down through your third eye,
Down and through your throat chakra.
The energy continues flowing effortlessly down through your heart chakra.
Down through your solar plexus,
Down through your sacral chakra,
Down into your root chakra,
Past your root chakra,
Along the cords that connect you to earth herself.
You are a conduit of the energy of the universe.
This energy is always flowing through you,
Down through god,
Through the universe,
Or source,
Or goddess.
However you perceive your higher power,
You are always connected to her.
Her energy flows down into your crown,
Through your chakras,
Straight into mama earth.
From mama earth,
The energy of earth flows up through your root chakra,
Up through your sacral chakra.
This earth energy continues to flow up through your solar plexus,
Through your heart,
Up through your throat chakra,
Up into your third eye,
Up into your crown,
And the energy of the earth flows all the way up,
All the way back up to the universe,
To god,
To source,
Goddess.
You are a conduit of the divine.
And of earth,
You are where the physical meets the ethereal.
These two currents of energy are always flowing through you simultaneously.
You are an essential part of the universe.
We are all one,
The energy that flows inside of you,
Flows inside of me,
Flows inside of earth,
And flows inside of god,
The universe herself.
Let go of your visualizations.
Allow yourself to slowly return back to the present,
Gently opening your eyes,
Taking one final deep breath in,
And breathing all the way out.
