Root Chakra Guided Meditation.

Find a comfortable place,

Whether it's seated or laying down.

Place your feet on the ground.

Take a deep breath in your nose and release your breath slowly out of your mouth.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your cheeks.

Relax your tongue to the root of the mouth.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your hands and fingertips.

Relax your hips.

Relax your lower back.

Relax your torso and knees.

Relax your ankles.

Feel the energy releasing out of your body.

Feel your body melting into your seat.

Breathe in light into your crown chakra.

Root it into your feet.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Breathe into your crown chakra.

Allow the light to be rooted into your body through your feet and connected to Mother Gaia.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Breathe into your crown chakra.

Root it to source.

Connect it to your feet.

Your body is illuminated with white light.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Place your feet into the ground.

Feel the soil underneath your feet.

You are rooted into the earth.

You feel the soil between your toes.

You are one with the earth.

Take a deep breath in your nose.

Release that breath out your mouth.

The roots of the earth are starting to intertwine with your feet.

You are grounded.

Starting with your feet,

You are one with the earth.

The roots are wrapping around your ankles,

Around your calves,

Around your knees,

Clinging onto your thighs,

Up your hips,

Around your torso,

Around your arms,

Up your neck,

And around your head.

You are one with the earth.

You are grounded.

You are rooted into the earth.

You are grounded.

You are connected to the earth.

You are Mother Earth.

Breathe into your crown chakra.

To your feet.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Breathe into your crown chakra.

To your feet.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Illumination of white light is coming out of your crown chakra,

Tethering you to Mother Gaia.

Breathe out your heart chakra.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe out.

Breathe in happiness.

Breathe out.

You are a tree in the forest.

You are rooted into the earth.

You are growing taller and wider.

You feel the wind passing through your leaves.

You feel the mist on your tree trunk.

You feel the energy from the sun.

You are grounded with the earth.

You are grounded.

And you are safe.

You are Mother Earth.
