With a deep understanding of the importance of the breath, Brad's practice revolves around breath awareness, breath-generated alignment, and breath-orchestrated movement. Brad believes that the breath is the bridge between the body and the mind, and through exploration of different natural breathing patterns, he helps students cultivate a greater sense of presence and connection within themselves. His classes are designed to facilitate and deepen his students' exploration of the intra-connection of the breath, body, mind, emotion, and energetic body. With a simple and honest approach, Brad creates a "laboratory environment" where students explore the power of noticing both the obvious and the subtle. Through his guidance, students learn to cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace both on and off the mat. Brad has been practicing meditation for 47 years and has practiced yoga for 38 years.
