Welcome to Stillwater.

Take a moment to arrive here,

Find a comfortable position and soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

This is your time.

You are safe and you are seen.

You can repeat slowly in your head or you can repeat after me.

I am allowed to move at my own pace.

My body,

My mind and my heart are supported in this moment.

I release what I cannot control and I let it soften.

I am seen first and foremost by myself.

Today I choose presence over perfection.

Take one final slow breath in and gently exhale.

May you carry this steadiness with you step by step.
