To prepare,
I invite you to find comfort in your own body.
You may want to find a comfortable seat or lie down.
And once you've found some comfort,
If it feels good to you,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Begin with three deep breaths at your own pace,
Releasing with a gentle sigh.
Now continue breathing normally.
Settle into your natural breathing rhythm.
Let's call this rhythm your rhythm of love.
And what can you do with love?
You could give it your attention.
Nurture it.
And let it nurture you.
So take this opportunity.
To give your breath your full attention and let it nurture you.
You're going to use this rhythm to send some love throughout your body.
Starting with the top of your head.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your whole face.
You can release your jaw just a bit.
Relax your neck.
Breathe into your shoulders.
Let the weight melt off.
Relax your arms,
Elbows,
Hands,
Fingers.
Breathe deeply into your heart space.
Relax your belly.
Hips.
Thighs.
Relax your knees,
Your calves,
Ankles.
Relax and send some love to your feet.
Wherever in your body that is calling for attention,
Send it some love and breathe into it.
Deep breath here.
From this relaxed place,
I invite you to bring to mind a quality that only you bring into your life,
Or your roles,
Your work,
Your communities.
Maybe it is joy.
Playfulness,
Your sense of style,
Fearlessness,
Grace,
Faith.
Creativity.
Out-the-box thinking.
This is one ingredient in the secret sauce that is you,
That only you offer to the world.
Once.
It is in your mind.
Take a moment to breathe awareness and joy into it.
Now I invite you to use your voice to call out your quality,
Your ingredient,
Activating it out loud.
Remember to continue breathing your rhythm of love.

Bring your awareness back into the space you are in.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes.
Bring your attention to the textures and the fabric you are wearing.
Stretch if that feels good.
