Find a comfortable position.
Where your body can soften and be fully supported.
Allow your eyes to gently close if that feels comfortable.
Take a slow,
Easy breath in.
And a long gentle breath out.
Again,
Breathing in.
Welcoming this moment exactly as it is.
And breathing out.
Allowing your shoulders to soften.
Feel the places where your body is being held.
Chair beneath you.
The floor beneath your feet.
The quiet rhythm of your breath.
There is nowhere to go.
Nothing to accomplish.
Nothing to solve.
Only this moment.
Bring one hand to your heart.
And the other to your upper abdomen.
Feel the gentle movement beneath your hands.
Each breath reminds you that you are here.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are allowed to feel whatever is present.
There is no right way to experience this meditation.
Nothing needs to be forced.
Simply notice.
Imagine yourself entering a quiet sanctuary.
Perhaps it is a peaceful room.
A forest clearing.
A shoreline at sunrise.
Or simply an open space within your own heart.
Notice the light.
Colors.
The sounds.
And the feeling of being completely.
Welcome.
Somewhere in this sanctuary,
Something has been waiting for you.
Perhaps it appears as a journal waiting to be opened.
A letter never written.
A younger version of yourself.
Her memory.
Or simply a feeling that is quietly lived beneath the surface.
There is no need to search.
Trust whatever naturally comes.
As you gently approach it,
Simply notice.
Without judgment.
Without changing it.
Without explaining it.
Just Witness.
Ask softly within yourself.
What has been waiting to be heard?
Then listen.
You do not need words immediately.
Perhaps you notice emotion.
You do not need words immediately.
Perhaps you notice an emotion.
A sensation in your body.
A memory,
A color.
Or a single sentence.
Whatever arrives is enough.
Continue breathing.
Allow your heart to remain open.
Imagine each inhale gathering compassion.
And each exhale creating space.
With every breath,
The walls around this hidden story begin to soften.
Nothing is being pulled from you.
Nothing is being taken away.
Only invited into the light.
If there are words waiting to be spoken,
Allow them to arise naturally.
If there are tears,
Let them be welcome.
If there is silence,
Let that be welcome too.
Every part of your story belongs.
Every chapter has shaped the person you are becoming.
Now imagine a warm light glowing within your heart.
With each breath,
It expands.
Gently surrounding the story.
Not to erase it.
But to hold it with kindness.
Notice the light moving upward through your throat.
Creating space for your authentic voice.
Bend down your arms into your hands.
As though your hands already know how to tell your story.
You do not have to find the perfect words.
You only need the courage to begin.
Take one more slow breath in and slowly exhale.
Feel yourself returning to the room.
Notice the sounds around you.
The air against your skin.
And the quiet steadiness within.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
If you feel called,
Remain in silence for a few moments.
Then let your pen meet the paper.
Without planning.
Without editing.
Without trying to make sense of it.
Simply right.
Trust that whatever is ready to emerge already knows the way.
Allow your story to unfold.
One honest word at a time.
Thank you for journeying with me today.
Many blessings.
You
