Welcome to this Kabbalah meditation for the month of Scorpio,
Known in the Hebrew calendar as Cheshvan.
Cheshvan is a quiet month,
With no major holidays to mark the time.
It invites us to discover the sacred within ordinary life.
In Kabbalah,
Cheshbon teaches us to trust what is growing beneath the surface,
Even when we cannot yet see the results.
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and a slower breath out.
Again,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Imagine you are sitting beneath a great tree.
Its roots reach deep into the earth.
Its branches stretch toward the sky.
Though the tree appears still,
Life is moving through every root,
Branch,
And leaf.
Feel the support of the Earth beneath you.
Feel yourself settling into this moment.
Notice the roots of the tree extending deep below the surface.
Hidden from view,
They continue their work.
Quietly,
Patiently,
Steadily,
Your soul grows in much the same way.
There are seasons when progress is visible.
And there are seasons when growth happens in silence.
Cheshvan teaches that transformation often begins long before it can be seen.
Beneath the surface,
Old patterns release.
New roots form.
And the soul quietly prepares for what is next.
Ask yourself.
What within me is ready to be transformed?
Where am I being asked to trust the process?
Can I honor a growth that is not yet visible?
There is no need to force an answer.
Simply listen.
Imagine a gentle light flowing from the roots of the tree into your own body.
Feel that steady strength rising within you.
Feel yourself supported by something deeper than appearances.
Take a slow breath in and silently repeat,
I trust the unseen work of my soul.
As you breathe out,
My roots grow deep and strong.
Again,
I trust the unseen work of my soul.
My roots grow deep and strong.
Feel the roots beneath you.
Feel the branches above you.
Feel yourself held between what is visible and what is invisible.
And what is still becoming.
Take one final deep breath.
Offer gratitude for the growth already taking place within you.
Whether you can see it or not.
When you're ready,
Gently return your awareness to the room and slowly open your eyes.
May this month of Cheshvan deepen your trust,
Support your transformation,
And remind you that some of life's most important growth happens quietly beneath the surface.
Shalom.
