You're here because you're ready to move on.

You're ready to let something go.

You know what to do,

And I'm going to help you do it.

I want you to bring that thing to mind as you tense up your whole body,

As you tense up your fists and your butt and your feet,

And you think about whatever happened.

Think about how frustrated you are,

How upset you are.

You just be with it for a moment.

It happened and it is,

It is what it is,

And now let it go.

I accept.

Say those words again if you need to.

I accept.

Notice how you feel.

Come back to this again if you need to.
