Today we're going to focus on the Soloplexus Chakra,

Which has to do with your willpower,

Your strength,

Your confidence,

Your self-esteem,

Your self-love,

Your self-worth,

Your courage,

And strength.

As we're about to dive into this,

I just want you to get comfortable being in a space where you feel and remind yourself of how powerful you are and how beautiful and confident you are.

And if you're not in that state,

It's okay.

I'm here to remind you that you can be in that state.

So let's get into it.

I am great.

I am powerful.

I am capable.

I am strong.

I am confident.

I have a purpose.

I am intelligent.

I am here and worthy.

I do what I want and can.

I am able to set boundaries and stand my ground firmly when I need to.

I get things done.

I use my passion to improve my life.

I accept myself.

I trust myself.

I am courageous.

I express and release anger.

I respect myself and I care for myself.

I am confident and I have the ability to be confident.

I am in control of my life through the guidance of the universe and the most high.

I have respect for my emotions and I have respect for the emotions of others.
