We'll be touching on the Sacral Chakra,

Which is one of my favorite chakras as it touches your sensuality,

Your sexuality,

Your feminine energy,

And your divine inner power,

Which is the power that creates life and basically the life that you want.

So we're gonna go straight into it as I send you a beautiful smile and love and light and peace to you.

Let's get into it.

I am sacral.

I am abundant.

I am beautiful.

I am flowing.

I am juicy.

I am divine.

I am healing.

I am connected to my womb.

I am connected to my uterus.

I am one with my uterus.

I am one with my vulva.

I am one with my vagina.

I am healing from any ancestral traumas.

I am acknowledging any trauma and releasing any trauma.

I am empowered by my womb.

I am sufficient.

I am magical.

My womb is a safe space.

I am creative.

I am passionate.

I am sensual.

I am sexual.

Thank you for sharing all these amazing affirmations! I had read that the music was distracting to some people and it didn’t really bother me. As someone who likes to repeat the affirmations, I just wished there was a little more space & time to do so.

Wonderful, thank you. I’m at the beginning of exploring my chakras and I could feel these words in my womb space. It made me realize a surprise c section 2 years ago left my sacral chakra unbalanced.
