Sit comfortably,

Take a slow deep breathe in and as you breathe out,

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your body to relax and your mind in a state of complete calmness.

I am at ease and at peace.

Fear,

A word that lives quietly in the corners of our lives.

It hides behind our decisions,

Our worries,

Our restlessness.

Sometimes,

It speaks loudly,

Sometimes it whispers softly.

But today,

For few minutes,

We will look at fear,

Not with judgment,

But with understanding.

In the language of science,

Fear is the mind's alarm system.

When the brain senses danger,

The amygdala fires and the body prepares to fight,

Flee or freeze.

That mechanism once kept humans alive.

But today,

The threats are not tigers or storms.

They are thoughts,

Deadlines,

Expectations and memories.

The body reacts as if the danger is real,

Even when it exists only in imagination.

So,

Fear is not the enemy.

It's an outdated guardian,

Still trying to protect us in all the wrong ways.

Now,

Slowly and gently close your eyes.

Imagine yourself standing in a quiet,

Open field.

The air is still.

In the distance,

You see a soft mist.

That mist is your fear.

You simply watch.

You don't run from it.

You are not the fear.

You are the observer of it.

This awareness,

Being a detached observer,

Sakshi Bhav,

Is the beginning of mastery.

Once we start observing,

You are already greater than what you observe.

Now,

Gently bring your attention to the center of your forehead.

A tiny star of light,

Pure,

Steady and radiant.

This is you.

Not the body,

Nor the story.

Simply a being of light.

Fear cannot touch this light.

In the awareness of being a soul,

You step into the dimension of peace,

Power and purity.

These vibrations are higher than fear.

Just as darkness cannot stay when a lamp is lit,

Fear cannot stay when self-awareness awakens.

Now imagine,

Far above this world,

A golden sun,

Radiant,

Unlimited,

Benevolent.

That is the supreme soul,

The ocean of peace,

Ocean of power.

From that divine sun,

A stream of light descends towards you.

Warm,

Comforting,

Golden,

Bright,

Pure light.

It enters the tiny star of light that you are.

You feel surrounded by that energy.

Safe,

Loud,

Hand-protected.

This is the ultimate truth.

You are never alone.

The source is always with you.

Experience fear dissolving in this pure,

Divine love.

Like the fog melting in the morning sun,

My mind is at ease and at peace.

Now gently affirm within,

I am safe in this moment.

I am a soul,

Eternal,

Indestructible.

I live in a world of change,

But I remain constant.

I choose faith over fear,

Peace over panic.

Each thought you create is a command to your brain.

As you repeat these truths,

Your neural pathways begin to rewire.

Old patterns of anxiety lose their power.

Science calls it neuroplasticity.

Spirituality calls it transformation.

Both speak of one truth.

What you focus on grows.

So now you focus on courage.

You focus on light.

Focus on peace.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the body.

Slowly feel the ground beneath your feet,

The calm rhythm of your breath.

You may still visit sometimes,

But now you will meet it differently,

Not as a victim,

But as a master.

You have discovered you're in a sanctuary,

A space no fear can enter.

You carry this remembrance with you.

I am peace,

I am power,

I am protected.

You smile softly within and whisper to yourself,

Om Shanti.
