This is a short energy clearing practice using breath work and visualization,
Knowing that everything we come into contact with,
We are exchanging our energy during our work day,
Going to the grocery store.
Wherever we are interacting with others,
There's an energetic exchange,
And whether we mean to or not,
We can sometimes pick up other people's energy,
And they can sometimes pick up ours,
And without even knowing that we're giving our energy away,
We can find that we're feeling tired or run down.
So this is a good practice to just call your energy back to you,
To clear your energy and really allow yourself to have a nice little clearing that will stick with you for the rest of the day.
Go ahead and close your eyes and start to allow your gaze to soften,
And take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Bringing that breath deep into the body,
And then exhaling with an audible sigh through the mouth,
And imagine the breath sweeping through your whole body as you're breathing in and out,
Like a gentle and clearing,
Clearing away any stress,
Anything that you've picked up that isn't yours or isn't in alignment with your highest good.
Breathing in clarity and exhaling any tension,
Breathing in peace and calm and exhaling anything that might be bringing you stress,
And taking a moment here to just set the intention to call back all of the energy that you may have given away,
Not knowing and not needing to know where it went or who it went to,
Just take a moment to set the intention and ask that all of your highest energy,
Your highest vibrating energy for your highest good be called back to you in this moment,
And just watch and absorb as that energy comes flowing so effortlessly back to you,
And you might even feel a little surge of energy exchange in your body.
And now I want you to visualize a golden light entering with each inhale,
See it moving through your crown chakra at the very top of your head,
Moving down your spine,
And then going all the way out through your feet and fingertips,
And as you exhale,
Let this light push out any energetic debris.
Inhale,
I reclaim my energy,
And exhale,
I release what's not mine.
One more breath in,
Fully into the body,
And a full,
Complete exhale release,
Taking a moment to notice that your energy is clear and cleansed,
And noticing how good it feels to have all of your high vibrating energy back into your body,
Into your being,
And just noticing how whole you feel in this moment.
And you can do this short practice anytime throughout your day if you're noticing you're feeling tired or drained,
Maybe a little anxious or even stressed,
Taking a moment to clear your energetic field is always a responsible thing to do,
And it also brings you a great infusion of energy for the rest of your day.
