Aurora is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, yoga instructor, and nervous system educator. She uses movement, self massage, breathwork, and her background in behavioral psychology to offer tools and techniques to clients in support of nervous system regulation and healing. Aurora believes the body holds unlimited potential to heal itself. When we provide a safe environment for the nervous system, it unravels long held patterns of constriction and returns to a homeostatic settled space, one where the being can live authentically and free.
