Good morning.

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life.

Today is a new beginning,

And you are special,

Because you are just you and unique.

We will start this new day with a short practice to help you feel light and ready.

When you do this meditation often,

You will feel more joy,

More energy,

And even some of your physical pains might go away.

Every night we sleep and every morning we are born again.

It only takes 5 minutes to leave behind what it is in the past,

Just like washing your face.

It's not a waste of time.

It's a way to make the rest of your day more valuable.

You can do or just listen this meditation in any comfortable position.

While you are still in bed,

Brushing your teeth,

Walking or sitting with your back straight,

But relaxed.

First,

Pay attention to your breath.

Breathe in however you need,

Short or long.

And just notice what happens in your body.

Feel the air filling your chest.

And as you slowly breathe out,

Notice the breath leaving through your nose.

If you are washing your hands,

For example,

Look at the soap and water as if you are seeing them for the first time.

Remember,

In a short while,

You will go back to your daily life,

But right now you are here.

Can you take a slightly deeper breath now?

Then let it out slowly through your nose.

Yesterday is already in the past,

But perhaps some feelings have lingered,

Like loneliness,

Fear,

Sadness or anger.

Now it's time to cleanse them away,

Just as you would wash your face.

Let's cleanse your spirit so you can start today fresh.

Take a moment to reflect on what remains from yesterday.

As you do this,

Repeat these words with me and imagine the dark energy leaving your body.

Let's start.

I let go of feelings of unworthiness,

Loneliness,

Anger,

Fear,

Or anything else that stuck with me from yesterday.

I let them flow from my mind,

Shoulders,

My spine,

My legs,

My heart,

And finally through my feet into the ground.

I'm letting go and I'm free.

One more.

I let go of feelings of unworthiness,

Loneliness,

Anger,

Fear,

Or anything else that stuck with me from yesterday.

I let them flow from my mind,

My shoulders,

My spine,

My legs,

My heart,

And finally through my feet into the ground.

I let go of feelings of unworthiness,

Loneliness,

Anger,

Fear,

Or anything else that stuck with me from yesterday.

I let them flow from my mind,

My shoulders,

My spine,

My heart,

My legs,

And finally through my feet into the ground.

And now I'm free.

With this simple method,

I let go of any feelings that could make me sick or tired.

I fill myself with a beautiful green light and start my day with peace.

I love myself.

I'm valuable.

I'm important and I walk my path with love.

I start my day ready to share my light with myself and with others.
