Unclench your jaw.

Place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly.
Let's inhale.
Taking a deep breath through the nose.
Hold.
Now exhale slowly through the mouth and make the sound,
Ah.
Deep breath in again through the nose.
Hold.
Now slowly exhale through the mouth with an ah.
Ah.
Once more.
Deep breath in.
Make it a full,
Deep belly breath.
Hold.
And now slowly exhale through the mouth.
