Welcome to this healing transmission for calming the mind and returning to a restful sleep.

In this transmission,

We're going to focus on calming your mind and your body to help you fall back asleep,

Especially when anxiety is really high.

So start by finding as comfortable a position as you can.

Close your eyes without the pressure of intending on falling asleep.

Just let them close.

Take a few nice breaths and just allow yourself to relax and release any tension.

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

With each exhale,

Envisioning the tension or anxiety you may be feeling disintegrating off of your vessel.

As I begin to open your energy centers,

Beginning to send the Akila Celestial healing frequency,

I want you to visualize a warm,

Soothing light right in your heart space,

Right in the center of your chest.

This light is filled with calming and peaceful energy.

Imagine this light expanding,

Filling your entire chest with warmth and comfort.

Feel it radiating outward,

Bringing this celestial sense of peace and calm to your entire physical vessel.

Now focusing on your root,

Located right at the base of your spine.

Visualize a deep red light glowing brightly,

Grounding you,

Providing a sense of stability and security.

Allow this red light to expand,

Anchoring you to the earth and providing a solid foundation.

Feel the calming energy from your heart and the grounding energy from your root working together to soothe your mind and body at the same time,

Remembering that they are one.

Taking a moment to affirm to yourself,

I am safe.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am at peace.

Anchoring these into the cells of your being with ACHF now,

Placing what looks like a weighted blanket on your being now,

Inviting you to imagine yourself in a serene and peaceful place,

Maybe that's a beach for you or a quiet forest,

Just allowing the sounds and sensations of whatever place you want to be in to lull you into a state of really deep relaxation as I begin to soothe your nervous system.

And if any anxious thoughts arise,

Just acknowledging them without judgment,

Gently bringing your focus back to your breath,

Back to the peaceful place you envisioned,

Back to the sensation of being beneath a weighted blanket.

Spending a few more moments in this state of calm and relaxation,

Allowing your mind and body to begin to prepare for a restful sleep,

Trusting that the moon and the stars will look after you while you rest,

Trusting that that long to-do list will still be there when you wake up,

Remembering that this physical realm requires rest and relaxation in order for you to refuel.

Zero expectation or pressure on the system,

Shiyakaya,

Just letting it know that it's safe to rest,

It's safe to be calm,

It's safe to turn off for a while.

When you feel ready,

Gently letting go of the visualization and just allowing yourself to drift back into a deep sleep,

Allowing your bed to hold you or the floor or the couch or the earth's ground,

Letting yourself sink into whatever is holding you,
