Find a really peaceful place where you can sit or lie down,
And start by closing your eyes,
Taking a nice deep slow breath,
With every exhale feeling your body just relax deeper into the moment.
As I begin to open your energy centers,
And prepare to send the Akila Celestial Healing Frequency.
Starting first in the center of your chest,
As I place a bright green light right at the center,
Right at the location of your heart chakra.
With every inhale,
Seeing this light grow brighter and warmer as it radiates through your body compassion and love.
Spending a few moments with this light in your heart,
Imagining this green light gently entering any old wounds or disappointments related to love.
Feeling as this light heals and transforms these wounds into lessons,
Wisdom,
And strength.
Entering all of these old wounds and disappointments now,
Gathering them up and preparing them for the transformation.
This green light,
Representing self love,
Affirming to yourself,
Either aloud or in your mind's eye,
I heal my heart with love and release the past.
My heart is open to love.
I radiate love and attract it in return.
I deserve love and I find it everywhere.
Taking a few more deep breaths,
Feeling your heart open and receptive.
Spending some time with this sensation,
This feeling of your heart opening from the back of your heart to the front,
The green light continuing to penetrate and move through your heart center,
Leaving it alchemized and open,
Radiant.
Spending some time with the heart now,
Saying show me,
Show me my radiance,

Now imagining yourself in a beautiful garden,
Full of flowers and vibrant energy,
And as you walk through the garden you feel this sense of expectancy,
Of arrival,
And up ahead you see a bench,
I want you to sit there and wait.
With your heart open,
Allowing ACHF to penetrate the heart even deeper now,
And I want you to imagine a figure approaching you,
Someone who is the embodiment of love,
Of understanding and kindness,
Your soulmate.
Feeling the connection and harmony between you,
I want you to see yourself talking,
Hear yourself laughing,
And feel that exchange of a deep bond.
I am ready to meet my soulmate,
I attract my perfect partner naturally,
My soulmate is drawn to my loving energy.
Choosing whatever affirmation speaks most to you now,
Anchoring it into the cells of your being,
Inviting you to feel the presence of your soulmate,
Calling this being closer to you,
Giving you time and space to be.

Feeling the presence of this soulmate even as they fade from your visualization and sensation,
And start to bring yourself back to the present,
