The Good Now Pause is a series of short, practical practices designed to help you interrupt autopilot and return to presence. Each video offers a simple tool you can use in real time—whether you’re dealing with habits, emotions, or thoughts. These moments build awareness, reduce reactivity, and create space for choice. You don’t need extra time or a perfect setting to use them. Just pause, and begin again. Not every thought you have is true. In this practice, you’ll use a simple question to gently challenge stressful thinking. After pausing with “Good… Now,” you’ll ask, “Is this thought true?” and notice what shifts. You don’t need to force an answer, asking can begin to create separation from the thought. This is a powerful way to create clarity and reduce mental stress in real time.
