We begin with a relaxing body scan and invitation to yoga nidra, the blissful state between awake and asleep. You'll release all the tension in your body, softening into your bed, as your body is guided into deep release, part by part, breath by breath. Then, you'll drift into guided forest imagery, entering the trees and relaxing by a gentle stream at the end of the day, where the earth is still warm from the sun, the stars are coming out, and sleep is waiting for you. Let the sounds of the forest and a soft, unhurried voice guide you all the way to sleep. The forest meditation audio loops continuously, so you can let it play all night.
