Hello and welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Andrea Henkels.

I'm a holistic healer,

Mind-body coach,

And acupuncturist.

I want to thank you for choosing to spend this time with yourself today.

You have made a powerful decision to pause,

To listen inward,

And to create space for your own well-being.

In a world that often asks us to keep going,

To do more,

And to push through,

This moment is an act of care,

An act of presence,

An act of remembering.

There's nothing you need to fix or figure out during this time.

No way you need to be.

This meditation is simply an invitation to settle into stillness,

To rest,

To expand,

And to gently let go,

So you can fully open to what's ready to emerge next.

Wherever you are in your journey,

Know that it's enough.

You're not late.

You're right where you were meant to be.

You're right on time.

So now,

Get as comfortable as you possibly can.

Allow the outside world to soften a bit,

And give yourself permission to fully arrive,

Allowing your body to feel supported,

Safe,

And at ease.

If it feels right,

Allow your eyes to gently close,

Or simply soften your gaze,

Noticing your breath,

Maybe taking the next slow breath in through your nose,

And allowing an easy breath out through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale slowly.

Exhale,

Letting the shoulders drop.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Nothing else you need to do for this time.

Simply being.

Begin to notice the stillness beneath everything.

Even if you notice sounds or movement,

Even if thoughts are moving through your mind,

There is a quiet presence underneath it all.

Noticing the space between breaths,

That small,

Natural pause after you exhale,

That gentle moment before the next inhale arrives.

Noticing the stillness.

Noticing that stillness is not empty.

It is alive.

It is spacious,

Intelligent,

And deeply supportive.

Imagine the stillness like a calm lake at dawn,

Smooth,

Open,

Reflecting the sky without effort.

You don't have to force anything to settle.

Just allowing gravity to do the work,

Letting the muscles of your face soften,

Unclenching the jaw,

Relaxing the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,

Letting the eyes rest back in their sockets.

Feel the weight of your body being held.

You are supported.

It is safe for you to rest and to be.

Now gently bringing your awareness to your breath again.

As you inhale,

Imagine the breath expanding your body from the inside,

Like air filling a soft balloon.

Feel your ribs widen,

The chest gently lift,

The belly soften and expand with each and every inhale,

Receiving,

Expanding,

Allowing.

And as you exhale,

There is no need to collapse or contract.

Simply release and let go,

Creating more space with each breath,

With each breath sensing that your awareness is expanding beyond the edges of your physical body,

Beyond your skin,

Beyond the room,

Beyond any fixed sense of who you are or who you've been.

You are not confined in any way.

You are awareness itself.

Open,

Vast.

Imagine your energy extending outward in all directions,

Like light,

Like warmth,

Like a gentle glow of presence.

There is no strain here.

Expansion happens naturally when we stop holding on.

You are more than your thoughts,

More than your history,

More than any role you've ever played.

You are part of something infinite.

Now allow yourself to sink even deeper into rest,

Not the kind of rest that comes from sleep,

But the rest that comes from trust.

Resting in the knowing that you do not have to figure everything out right now.

Resting in the truth that life is unfolding with intelligence,

Even when you can't see the whole picture.

Let yourself be held,

Supported,

And cared for by something larger than your personal effort.

Maybe even imagining being gently cradled by the universe itself,

As if existence is saying,

I've got you.

Nothing is being asked of you in this moment.

No striving,

No improving,

No becoming.

Just resting in being and knowing you are already perfect and enough.

You are the sky,

Not the clouds.

Now bring to mind anything you may have been holding tightly.

Old stories,

Old habits,

Old identities,

Old ways of seeing yourself or your life.

You don't need to analyze them.

Just noticing how holding on feels in the body.

And now imagine gently opening your hands,

Remembering that letting go does not mean loss.

It just means making space,

Allowing the new.

With each exhale,

Giving yourself full permission to let go.

To loosen your grip on what has been.

Release the need to repeat the past.

Release the expectation that life must look the way it always has.

Let go of waiting for change to come from outside of you.

Let go of the idea that miracles are rare or distant.

You are not here to live the same day over and over again,

With different dates on the calendar.

You are here to evolve,

Expand,

And enjoy.

As space opens within you,

Notice what naturally wants to enter.

Fresh energy,

New ideas,

New possibilities.

Imagine standing at the edge of a wide open field.

One you've never explored before.

This is the field of the new.

Now gently contemplate this knowing.

Not as a question,

But as a remembering.

What if you get to choose?

What if your potential is not limited by past experience?

What if divine support is always available?

Right here,

Right now.

What will you choose now?

If you fully embodied this truth,

Would you continue thinking the same thoughts?

Speaking the same words?

Choosing the same patterns?

Or would something new begin to move through you?

Feel into the possibility that you are being invited.

To think in ways you've never thought before.

To speak with a truth you've never spoken before.

To act from a courage you've never allowed before.

Not because you're forcing change.

But because you're finally aligned with who you really are.

The universe is not asking you to wait.

It is asking you to participate.

You are constantly creating your life.

Place one hand on your heart if it feels comfortable.

Feel the warmth there beneath your palm.

And maybe repeating in your mind,

I am open.

I allow myself to expand.

I allow my life to expand.

I trust the intelligence moving through me.

I am supported beyond what I can see.

Let these words sink beneath the mind.

Into the body.

Into the cells.

Into the field of your being.

You don't need to know how things will change.

Only that you are willing.

Willing to listen differently.

Willing to choose differently.

Willing to remember just how limitless you are.

Beautiful,

My friends.

Beginning to come back.

Into your body,

Into the breath.

When you're ready,

Wiggling fingers,

Toes,

Maybe moving the neck from side to side.

Coming back into the room.

Carrying the sense of stillness,

Expansion,

Rest,

And openness with you.

Today.

And throughout your life.

Again,

Thank you so much for being here with me,

For showing up for yourself.

My name is Andrea Henkel.

And I hope you choose to come back and connect with me very soon.

Many blessings to you and yours.
