Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting with your feet on the floor or laying down.

I will ask you questions and just allow any sensation,

Image,

Or feeling to arise.

Can you feel the distance between your two ears?

Can you notice a space between your eyes?

Can you feel the muscles of your face softening with each breath?

Can you feel the bottoms of your feet?

Can you notice the temperature of the air that surrounds you?

Can you picture something far away in the distance?

Can you imagine a beautiful day at the beach?

Can you feel the weight of gravity pushing you down towards the ground?

Can you feel a tingling sensation in one or both palms?

Can you notice the space inside of your mouth?

Can you imagine what it would feel like to float away on a white,

Fluffy cloud?

Can you notice a heaviness in one or both legs?

Can you imagine something very pleasant in one or both hands?

Can you imagine what it would feel like to be a ragdoll?

Can you feel the rise and fall of your chest with each breath?

A beautiful flower.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And begin to shift your awareness back to the present moment.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can blink your eyes open.
